ACS Enterprise is a software that supports the remote management and configurations of the ACS-1EUL (ACS Panels) ATM Lobby Entry Access Control Systems. Remote configuration changes, daily and holiday schedule updates, and system diagnostics can be performed remotely over an Ethernet connection.

TRACS
Parabit TRACS is a Mobile App that consists of RMA Request, Product Registration, and Site Survey.
It is available for Android and iOS smart phones. (There is also a Web App for Site Survey).
The RMA Request module provides field technicians the ability to submit service or credit claims for non-working products.
The Product Registration module is designed to allow installation technicians to register products (that have a serial number) during the installation process. This provides an accurate record of installation date to help determine warranty status of a product.
The Site Survey module is designed to automate the data collection process of the pre-sales evaluation of an installation site. This robust module provides a simple approach to evaluate a site for sales of security and self-service products, and is applicable to nearly any industry.

AFH SERVICE
AFH Service is a Windows service application that retrieves audit trail data, verifies approved firmware versions operating within ACS panels, synces date and time and confirms connectivity (health check) with ACS-1EUL panels within the WAN/LAN.
AXSVIEW SERVICE
AXSView Service is a Windows service application that receives, transmits, and stores ACS Controller status messages to a dedicated SQL Database. It can also forward received ACS Controller status messages to third-party IP-based central monitoring systems.
EMR
EMR is a Windows application that displays status messages received by the AXSView Message Service, provides real-time updates about systems health, and Critical alerts are provided via email for timely notification.
JOB SCHEDULER SERVICE
Job Scheduler Service is a Windows service application that executes the scheduled job tasks created by ACS Enterprise – Job scheduler even if the Main ACS Enterprise software is closed. These scheduled tasks include Config initialization, Reader Firmware update, and Controller firmware update.
