ACTIVITY REPORTING
Visibility into the function of applications and installations provides a way for management and support to respond to the customer’s needs and potential outages. Parabit provides its customers and vendors with a host of reporting to make available this visibility. Reports may be daily, weekly, or monthly as the case requires. Examples of reports are phone and kiosk usage. The phone reports contain a summary by region or airport and details down to the individual phone. The detail shows the phone used most often and the carrier or service dialed on use. The Kiosks reports containing a summary of the airport and details down to the individual kiosks. These reports enable marketing to target what services and web pages are most viewed by travelers. Reporting services also include Windows Patch Management status, Antivirus Scan status, details of offline systems, and PCI compliance. Reports are designed by our in-house staff and are customizable to the needs of the individual installation.
