FULL TIME INSTALLER/FIELD TECHNICIAN:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform on-site/remote installation/service/tech support of Access Control, CCTV, DVR, Kiosk and Telephone equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Series and Parallel wiring, AD/DC Power and Telephone circuit troubleshooting
  • Ability to use a 20 foot, 75 pound ladder and work at various heights
  • Knowledge of computer assembly/repair, operating system installation and configuration
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to operate all power tools and equipment in a safe, responsible and confident manner
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends or holidays
    Computer literate (Excel, Word and Email) a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must work a minimum of one evening a week and one weekend a month in an on-call capacity.
  • Standard work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 – 5:30
  • Support and interface with customers, dealers and suppliers
  • Ability to react to constant changes with customer requests
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to resolve and manage problems
  • Willing to take on challenges
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete and submit all forms and reports in a professional and timely manner as outlined in company standards.
  • Communicate to dispatcher the status of all travel to-from sites and arrival to and departure from sites and work performed as outlined in company standards
  • Provide on-call support to service call requests, new system installations and preventive maintenance visits
  • Maintain proper vehicle inventory to minimize return visits on service calls

Auto Body/Cabinet Maker

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manufacture enclosures, kiosks, displays and check desk.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to resolve and manage problems

POSITION SCHEDULE:

  • Monday through Friday, five days a week, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cut, sand and form wood and plastic molds
  • Painting
  • Welding and assembly of plastic, metal and wood materials
  • Complete production forms daily
  • Perform field installations of finished products
  • All other required manufacturing functions required to be determined

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 – 3 years experience with auto body or cabinet maker shop
  • Speak and write English

 


Dispatcher/Tech Support/Receptionist/Purchasing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The individual will be responsible for interacting daily with customers, technicians and subcontractors to ensure service calls and installations are performed in a timely manner with the appropriate staff/subcontractor. The duties include: dispatch, inputting, and checking loads.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Dispatching and minimal Technical Support experience
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word and Email)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 
  • Create, maintain and distribute standard and requested reports
  • Ability to resolve and manage problems 
  • Work with customers, dealers and suppliers
  • Ability to react to constant changes with service requests
  • Ability to schedule service calls and installations so as to avoid congestion and customer dissatisfaction
  • Source parts and equipment required, place timed delivery purchase orders and track orders.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Analyze and improve processes relative to dispatching
  • Enter daily service/installation work performed and parts used
  • Willing to take on challenges
  • Create shipping request forms and labels
  • Create and track returned merchandise authorized for repair or credit (RMA's).
  • Expense Report/Time Sheet reconciliation.
  • Dispatch all service calls/installations pending for next day is dispatched prior to end of day
  • Collate brochures
  • Maintain Filing
  • Process all outgoing mail
  • Train assistants on all functions

The Parabit Systems Sales Associate position requires aggressive relationship building skills. A high percentage of our clients become repetitive buyers. Long-term relationships are created and developed that lead to significant residual income opportunities.

Through aggressive sales efforts via trade shows, follow-up calls, meetings, on-site demonstrations, scheduled conference calls and cold calling, relationships are created that will lead to a successful employment relationship at Parabit.

The needs of each client are profiled, then the right mix of product and services are presented in a proposal. This proposal is typically a full service proposal that includes many self-selling techniques such as; ROI, cost savings, customer service level improvements, feature enhancements and increased reliability.

This position interfaces with Production and Service Managers to maintain and improve customer retention, and the President to identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and securing new accounts.
  • Creating proposals and performing sales presentations
  • Cold calling new unsolicited prospects and warm calling previous contacted prospects.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interfacing with Web site designer on all site updates
  • Maintain Brochure and Collateral Inventory
  • Assist with Trade Show planning

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • AS or BA degree preferably in; Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in sales. 100%+ success record for making sales goals, in developing new accounts.
  • Experience with articulating the value of turnkey/integration services to customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office, ACT or similar contact management software.

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • BA degree preferably in; Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in sales. 100%+ success record for making sales goals, in developing new accounts and managing multiple customer relationships.
  • Electronic Delivery Channel Management knowledge preferable. This could be obtained from selling into this industry or from actually working within the industry.
  • Industry knowledge pertains to ones ability to understand the current business problems that face customers in the industry, staying on top of industry trends, predicting/forecasting possible business problems, and being able to articulate how our products and services can help the customer.
  • Experience with articulating the value of turnkey/integration services to customers.
  • Demonstrated product and service sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office, ACT or similar contact management software.
    Job Requirements:
