Parabit’s Visitor Management Kiosk, with integrated with the EasyLobby Software, is a robust self-service solution for visitor registration.

The Visitor Management Kiosk can capture the visitor's photo by either scanning their license, passport, or by taking a photo with a web cam. Easy Lobby then verifies whether the visitor is expected or has been in the facility before and makes sure the visitor is not on a watch list. The Visitor Kiosk can also pre-register visitors to more tightly control who is authorized to enter your facilities. Upon arrival, kiosk users can print professional looking, full color, and customized badges, with a check in process of less than 20 seconds.
